You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay
The timeless message of the book is that we are each responsible for our own reality and "dis-ease." Hay believes we make ourselves ill by having thoughts of self-hatred. She includes a directory of ailments and emotional causes for each with a corresponding affirmation to help overcome the illness.
I am rereading this book. Somehow, I think I've gotten lost along the way...and I need to refocus. This is really a good book. I don't think people understand that our thoughts create our lives and molds our experiences. This book really plants within you how to begin to think positively to lessen your chances of dis-ease in your life.

This is one of my all-time favorite books, actually two books in one, as you mentioned, and is still a best-seller. I have given several copies as gifts over the years.ReplyDelete
